client letters

I have just had a new roof put on my home by the Exel Foam Company. I just had to write to you and tell you what a great group of people you have in your organization.

Dennis Salazar was the initial contact who represented your company with with good information and very trustworthy in the information given. Ed Domeler was the head honcho of the group doing the work here. He was just great in keeping me informed of what was going on and the timing of all that happened. A very pleasant chap, and easy to understand. He showed me the pictures he took on my roof after the completion – and as he said – “It is beautiful”. Angelo and the others under Ed were very efficient and hard working. I commend this group without reservation.

Every experience I had with each of them was very professional and courteous. Hats off to all of them. I will recommend your company every chance I get. Thanks so much.

I'm constantly amazed at the "tar roofers" that show up in my area after a big rain. In 10 years, one home has had their house "retarred" 3 times alone! How do I know? The smell and the mess!

Fortunately we went with the Ex-El Co. when we needed to redo our roof after the purchase of our new home. Not only have we never had issues with our roof since; but our home business (that involves lots of valuable computer gear) is safe from a leaky roof; it would put us out of business to lose our network due to water damage.

Thank you Ex-El for your sturdy, maintenance-free, reliable product. I can sleep safe at night knowing our home is well protected and it was worth every penny. We haven't had to redo our roof since we've been in this house unlike most the homes in our neighborhood (multiple times!)

To solve our long time roofing problems of 21,376 feet and after a month or more of getting estimates and ideas from various kinds of roofing companies, we chose the Ex-El Company. Our business required refrigerated equipment on the roof, creating extreme problems. Our decision to use the Ex-El Co. specializing in the application of spray applied polyurethane foam seamless roofing was for the following reasons:

Any interest to look it over is welcome.

The roof of my office building in Albuquerque had been leaking in different places when it rained or snowed for the last 5 years. It was always difficult for me to keep it in repair because of the many HVAC units and skylights on this 10,500 sq. ft. structure. The fact that I lived in Santa Fe did not make my job any easier. From time to time the HVAC's needed repair, so I finally replaced all 10 of them. Then more leaks developed around the units, and the situation was worse. I tried different roofing companies but repairs did not work anymore. Finally I decided to replace the roof itself, and discussed the job with several companies.

I decided upon Ex-El because the process was so carefully and professionally explained to me by their representative, and the 2" foam coverage on and around the HV AC's, along with the insulation capabilities made so much sense. We also replaced all of the skylights for maximum foam coverage at a very reasonable price, so that now the roof is air and water tight. The 20 year extended warranty with once-a-year inspections keeps my mind at ease, so that I don't even have to THINK about the roof anymore!
Sincerely, Deborah Bristow

The Ex-El Company was the subcontractor/applicator of 50,000 sq. ft. of foam-in-place polyurethane roofing at the new Santa Fe Community Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The submittals were cohesive and comprehensive including product data/test reports, samples, installer certificates and shop drawings. They applied the system in the appropriate lifts attaining a finished thickness of greater than 3 inches. They were conscientious of over spray and masked the finished walls that surrounded the roofs. The field supervision was easy to work with and they met our deadlines.

Please accept my thanks for you and your company doing such a wonderful job on the re-roofing project at First Baptist Church of Santa Fe.

I believe we received a very good end product that we feel will benefit the ministry here for the next twenty years. The value received is a very good investment for the church.

The best experience was all the crew lead by yourself, James, Robert and the others. Patricia and Robert's final inspection and walk on was superb.

As we discussed in the pre-construction meeting, we do feel that with a minimum of 65 preschool children/staff and church staff in the building 7:30-5:30 five days a week, morning & evening meetings, and Sunday services, that your task to perform the work and to ensure the good experience of all was a very big undertaking. You and all of your staff were more than able to successfully do this. Thank you. If I can ever assist you, please give me the opportunity.

After years of unsatisfactory experiences with tar and gravel, we decided to pursue a foam roof. Bob and Patricia were responsive, helpful, fairly priced, responsible, and we have no leaks! In addition, the insulation properties of the foam have kept the building cooler in summer and warmer in winter.

Our building is 250 years old, 6000 square feet, and has numerous "obstacles" and "protrusions" such as skylights, solar panels, canales, chimneys, electrical and phone conduit. Bob and his crew managed to work around all of this without damage and while we had guests staying at the inn!

Do not hesitate to hire them.
