This program allows The Ex-El Co., Inc. to maintain your Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Roofing System by assuring a longer lasting roof and, when needed, a lower cost recoat and minimal maintenance issues.
The life of a roof can be extended by regularly scheduled maintenance. Many building owners neglect their roofs until leaks occur.
In order to insure the best performance of the SPF Roofing System installed by The EX-EL Co., Inc., this maintenance service is being offered and/or required.
In consideration for a customer request for the 19-Year Extended Warranty and the required Maintenance and Inspection Program, The Ex-El Co., Inc. will provide annual maintenance service and inspection.
Should the building occupants become aware of a problem, it is the responsibility of these parties to notify The Ex‑El Co., Inc. in writing within ten (10) days of the occurrence so action may be taken.
Typically, elastomeric coating will need to be reapplied periodically, approximately every 8 to 12 years.
Recoating costs are not included in this Maintenance and Inspection Program.
