What is the Maintenance and Inspection Program?
The program allows Ex-El to maintain your Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Roofing System by performing an annual inspection. This assures a longer lasting roof and, when needed, a lower re-coat cost and minimal maintenance issues. Many building owners neglect their roof until leaks occur but with regularly scheduled maintenance, the life of a SPF roof can be extended and help in avoiding costly repairs.
During the inspection we examine the entire roof and make any necessary touch ups, patches, minor repairs, or recommendations (repairs needed which cannot be performed by us or during the initial visit). A typical inspection can last 45 minutes or longer depending on the condition of the roof. If any additional follow ups are needed, it will be discussed with the home owner at the end of the inspection when a written report is given.
